Microneedling works by producing up to 1 million microscopic needle columns in the dermis of the skin which stimulates the skin to repair. A local anaesthetic cream is applied to the area 30 – 45 minutes prior to the treatment to ensure client comfort throughout this procedure.
There is very little downtime with this procedure. After effects can include redness to the area which fades quickly usually by a few hours or over night and there may be some minimal swelling.

Dr Warner uses Recovery Serum from AQ Skin Solutions or Intense defence Serum from Epionce to enhance your results. Medical Barrier cream from Epionce is then applied with a Sunscreen and then Jane Iredale Make up to reduce any obvious redness if wished.
