I hope this email finds you and your family well and safe.

I wanted to reassure you that I will re open my clinic as soon as I am allowed to do so following Government guidance and also guidance from British College of Aesthetic Medicine and Save Face. I will of course keep you informed of any updates as & when I receive them. I am hoping to re open on 1st June.

When I can reopen, there will be strict hygiene measures in place following guidance from Public Health England documentation on Infection and prevention control. With disinfection of all surfaces between patients and the wearing (by me) of a mask, scrubs, apron and gloves (PPE). I will ask you to wear a mask, I can provide masks for you where necessary. There will be longer appointment times to allow me to follow these guidelines correctly and reduce waiting times and seeing other patients in the waiting room. There will be hand sanitiser in the waiting room to be used by all on entry & depending on Govt guidance, other Health & Safety measures may be introduced as they arise; the aim is to keep all of you & myself safe from Covid 19.
| feel confident in the use of PPE -donning and doffing and cleaning as I have been working in a Covid Hub as a GP.

Please can you confirm that you are well and are able to attend your appointment 24 hours before. Obviously, if you wake up on the day feeling unwell or a family member has a cough or temperature and you need to self isolate please inform me and we can reschedule. For patients that are in the shielded or high risk categories I am still awaiting further guidance on this. I will be in touch when I am informed if I will be able to see you. If you wish to cancel your appointment or reschedule later in the year I totally understand and agree with your decision.

I will, of course, check your temperature and will not be able to see you if this is raised. I know that you will feel this is reasonable & I urge everyone to contact me if you feel unwell & will completely understand & will rearrange the appointment. For the sake of all clients, if you are unwell on arrival I will reschedule your appointment and not be able to see you that day.

This is an injectable hyaluronic acid treatment that is different to dermal fillers.
