We have a cancellation policy, which

requires any client who has made an

appointment to give a minimum of 24

hours notice by phone if they are not

able to attend. If no notice is given,

or we receive less than 24 hours

notice, there will be a £30 cancellation

fee. To this end, we ask for your debit

or credit card details and full postal

address at the time of first booking.
